Those are progressive ideals, not neo-liberal ones, and neo-liberals are currently the ones controlling the Democratic party unfortunately. That's not to say that neo-liberals and conservatives/the MAGA party are the same, or that the Democratic party and the Republican party are the same, but it's important to recognize that neo-liberals explicitly *do not* want to tax the rich, remove money from politics, or give everyone food.
