Knitting a sweater for my mother. Picked out pattern, bought yarn, but realized when swatching that the cabled portion of the pattern looks 'messy'. Not user error, just design choices that don't align with my taste. So now I'm re-designing the cables. As one does. I'm not sure if this is a healthy use of skill and passion or a problematic obsession 😂 #knitting
