How often do you upgrade you phone?
The new iPhone launches today and, as discussed before, I'm skipping it.
But that makes me wonder. Back in the 00's, I'd upgrade my phone every year. In the 10's, that drifted to 2 years. And now, in the 20's, it's moving to every three years.
I'm curios to know - is that a similar experience to others here? How often do you upgrade your phone? And let me know why in the replies!

@Gazimoff@gamepad.club I upgrade my phone the way I switch bodies... When the last one is used up and dying... I find a fresh body to inhabit. #alien

@Gazimoff@gamepad.club We did similar, but it was every 2 years or so for a long time. Then it was when they either went pillow-shaped, or were uneconomical to repair. The exception was when we wanted to de-Google and got Fairphones.
