  Hey everyone— I’m packing now for the “main event” here in Colorado. Tomorrow I’ll start on a 5-day, 4-night horsepack trip. We will be traversing across a mountain range, which includes going up and over a pass at 12,000 ft (3,700 m). This is a “progressive” trip in which we break down camp each day, ride, then set up camp at the next spot, just like backpacking (no base camp). Using all of my backpacking gear! I’ll be off the grid the entire time— see you on the other side! #Colorado #horses
