PSA: the "upgrade" to android 17 caused my pixel 8 to become unstable. randomly restarts at all times, including overnight when no active app is running. today Instagram crashed it with a series of cryptic AI error messages. I don't know what the solution is. I tried everything, including factory reset. no change. I will live with it for now, but I'm looking for an alternative longer term solution. graphene is obviously one, but that would mean giving up tap to pay and Google maps. 🤔🤔🤔
