@FediTips@social.growyourown.services Gosh they could of simply suggested saying "recommendation algorithm" lol, same as one would say generative AI instead of just AI. Computers in general are algorithms, the basic raw sense of AI is algorithms, and aren't in itself bad things that the shitty recommendation algorithms and generative LLMs sure are that are co-opting those terms. But that's such a bad hill for them to be on getting pissy at you that hey you're spreading disinformation.. they could of just asked constructively for an adjustment in language because of.. rather than going the accusatory route as if they were calling you out on something bigoted.. unless their idea of bigotry stops are those poor algorithms lol.
