He wanted to keep doing the harvesting by hand but the board said they had to consider shareholder value and if Grim didn't get on board with AI they'd just hire some other reaper to do it and he was welcome to resign. Grim's got three kids to feed and can't lose this job right now, especially not without termination pay. It's really not a good time for the family, 😢
