@Erased_Citizen@cupoftea.social I've just cooked this Lemon and pepper turkey breast with mashed potatoes and spinach & tenderstem broccoli.
I wasn't impressed (not a fan of spinach and the coating didn't really coat the turkey - that may have been my technique!), but my better half really enjoyed it.
It filled a whole in the inner person!

@MikeFromLFE@cupoftea.social there was maybe a bit too much spinach for me in my dish but it was alright. Not strong punchy flavours but that’s not what the dish was about
