FML. So the renter in our one apartment is apparently having some kind of mental issues, and seems to be having a full psychotic breakdown. He was spray painting in the hallway that's shared with another building (it's a weird setup where an old building was essentially split in half to become 2 buildings), and I'm told he even entered another apartment and was throwing things. The police took him in, and now I have to figure out how eviction works.
