It does have 2 wheels, but there's basically only 1.5 seats, no exterior body/trunk/etc. In terms of overall weight, they're somewhere around 10-30% of a car's weight depending on the models.

A goldwing has a trunk, and I think the account of plastic on the front qualifies as a little bit of exterior body
