I do want to state that there *ARE VALID* applications of LLMs. And I want to motivate why. I just don't have the energy right now to go and sit with Golang and write a packet handler again. I don't feel like doing it because it's a schlepp, and because it just makes me tired. I know how to do it, I am not in the mood for the debugging. Burn-out makes you really evaluate life choices. So I got Gemini to do it for me: What is striking here is that the code looks *very similar* to my implementation from years ago. It is also readable and not AI SLOP, so modifying the code, understanding it, and so on is possible. I have run unit tests on it- NO DEFECT Do not get me wrong.
