@josh It's also a little bit difficult when workers "solely" use computers/smartphones issued by their employers for both work and personal stuff. Workers should be encouraged to keep these things separate, although I know this can be difficult.

@josh Before I retired, my union conducted a collective agreement ratification vote via a third party webapp. But, the union would NOT send login credentials for the web app to employer-based e-mail accounts.
