How is this adhd?
Why is every post here like “I once felt the temperature, I am special and only the adhd can relate…”
Honestly you should just have a master post with a link in the sidebar that says:
“This sub is dedicated to if you feel anything. Cause it’s rare and only because you’re adhd. No one else feels anything and whatever you feel it’s special.
News flash, you have adhd like other folks have color blindness or dislexia, or heartburn. You aren’t special but you’re not bad or disabled either.
Moving on is healthier than circle jerking on the internet about how you can barely handle shit yet are super special .

People with ADHD have well-documented issues with sensory sensitivities and transitions. I am a therapist, and most of my clients are neurodivergent. Almost all of them struggle with showers, brushing teeth, and washing hair. The neurotypical ones don’t. I don’t know who pissed in your cereal, but by all means, go off about how “special” we are. We know.
