Tonight in #Berkeley. My little Northern California tour begins in a first-time ~duo~ collaboration with the brilliant Aine Nakamura. Aine and I have collaborated a number of times over the past few years, mostly along with Kevin Corcoran. Her movement and voice are always astonishing, and I am excited see what happens when it's just the two of us. The other sets are quite promising as well. Full details in the alt text (flyer by Isabelle Waldner Kalb). Please see https://otherghosts.net for more upcoming dates. #ImprovisedMusic @ExperimentalMusic @improvisedmusic

I'll be performing tonight in Fort Bragg, CA with old friends in a new trio: Kevin Corcoran and Chris Cooper. I have a new setup involving amplified bass clarinet, and Kevin has some sort of amplified percussion rig that I haven't heard. Chris is bringing his blasted & refracted guitar assemblage, and we will attempt to weave it all together into something new. An outdoor show at the Larry Spring Museum of Common Sense Physics. Doors open at 5pm. https://larryspringmuseum.org/calendar/2026/3/23/wilson-shook-chris-cooper-and-kevin-cororan Chris and I continue north to Arcata tomorrow before returning to the Bay, where I have a few more dates this week.
