looking at this it may look like a big list, but simply start from the top.
Have some water. Eat something healthy. Have some vitamin supplements. It really helps.
Sleeping is really important, both for your brain and body. Go to bed on time, because otherwise your body won't know if melatonin and cortisol means sleep or wake. (Blue) Daylight controls melatonin.
Try getting up and running in place until you're out of breath. Takes <5m and has a huge impact on energy, especially if done daily.

And don't be surprised if when you start fixing your sleep and nutrient intake you get more tired and sick first; it means your immune system finally has a chance to get some work done. In the longer term it will always help you feel better, it may take a few days before it starts taking effect. It's fine if you don't do all of these at once the first day. Slow and steady wins the race. I got very sick in november, and it took months to recover. Doing the above consistently has helped a ton.
