@Sunep@nerdculture.de @chatcontrol@mastodon.social But I guess section 72 of the Denmark Constitution is not deprecated? There’s also the Directive 2002/58/EC of the European Parliament. It’s clear what the intentions are: control of communications, and violation of citizens rights. 😒 But I doubt it’s legal.
