I'd really need the full set, but I think Donatello's would be revolutionary. Even pressure on both sides. It'd be comfortable and efficient.

I'm not sure I'd feel comfortable using that unless it had a small finger guard added on either side of the blade. Even with the wrapped rope for grip, it'd only take one slip to cut your fingers pretty good.

At that size, you're better off using a mezzaluna.
