I somewhat agree: Give people a week to vote. Have at least 1 of these days that has 24 hour voting. No mail-in votes, as it might be bad for secret balloting (e.g. a person tells wt:thons spouse who to vote for). As I still don’t get ranked balloting, have 1/2 the seats PR and the other half with majority need to win, otherwise it’s run-offs. Allow convicts to vote—they should have a say in their own punishment, and as prison-crazy as the US is, the incarcerated there are (still) clearly a minority. No mandatory voting, and allow a “none-of-the-above.” ​ and maybe, ​ Any US Presidential candidate who is elected and over 65 must be able to recite the US Constitution from memory, with 3 or fewer errors, within 15 minutes.
