I like your thinking, but he's never going to be tried in the Hague. The US has made clear it will [invade the Netherlands ](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_Service-Members%27_Protection_Act)if a US citizen is going on trial here, and besides, he's either mentally unfit or he won't live that long.
