I thought the issue was in processing them when they’re sent BACK IN, rather than when they were being delivered. If memory serves, the issue was that when processing a group of ballots sent in, if a single envelope had an unreadable signature or something similar they could remove the entire bundle.
How would FedEx or UPS delivering the fresh untouched ballots address this?

How would FedEx or UPS delivering the fresh untouched ballots address this? Their plan is 2-fold. Get rid of mail-in ballots entirely, since it’s largely used by Dem voters and they plan to disenfranchise them as much as possible. Eliminate the USPS so they can outsource it. This is the core of their smaller government bullshit. They don’t want a smaller more efficient government, they want to shift it to the private sector for the sole purpose of getting richer. Government agencies work within a set budget and aren’t there to turn a profit.
