@cassolotl I'd recommend speaking to some piercers about this, visit a piercing place if you can, good ones are always very helpful and offer excellent aftercare. They will have most likely met people with your issues too, and know where to find the right resources to help get a solution. I was always recommended saline solution for cleaning and combating infection and it's always been effective for me with the various piercings I've got. I use Steripierce spray as required.
