had fun chopping up pumpkin for my loaf. I have another bag of frozen pumpkin sitting around, maybe ill add it to some soup or something. i did eat some bits while cutting it up. it was incredibly soft, perfect for baking because i basically can just smush it by hand. Not great for eating, i like a little give when it's going in my mouth hole.
