Hardware. Generally very good. The Fujitsu is built in Japan and has a sturdy feel to it (combination Magnesium and hard-polycarbonate). It is a little "rattley", but this seems to stem from being built with an externally removable battery (you know, how laptops used to be). SSD, nVME Wifi and a RAM socket are al accessible by removing a simple panel on the back. For a machine of this recent a vintage this is exceptionally good (not Framework good, but still, good). 8GB is still soldered.

Hardware cont. Compared to a ThinkPad, the keyboard is not quite as good, but still fairly nice by laptop standards (I despise the low-travel type used on Macbooks, YMMV). The trackpad is also relatively small and old-fashioned. I'm fine with this, but I'm sure this would be annoying for some. It also lacks a physical third button (though a 3 finger tap works perfectly). The screen is sharp, clear, relatively bright. Wifi excellent. Webcam mediocre. Everything works reliably.
