@rk@mastodon.well.com I spent some time travelling to the UAE for work. The citizens of the affluent Emirates would believe everything is great there. I have deep reservations about the whole system there. It is built on a lot of exploitation. Not as much as Saudi or Iraq, but nevertheless.
