How is that not state-sanctioned rape? Not one boy will be forced to prove he's male. Anyone who votes for this initiative is a pervert, basically. I'd like to throw everyone who proposed and supported it monetarily out of the state - and have them investigated for sexual misconduct. I'd bet there is something to find there.
