As a German I must sincerely condemn the bread type and ratio. Also: where are onions, salt and pepper?

Also use pork for God’s sake Meh, raw beef tartare is just fine, it’s just usually completely unseasoned (in contrast to Thüringer Mett, which is pre-seasoned), so you need to add salt etc. yourself. It’s really good with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
