1) I am not a strategic person. I'm a fixer. I do stuff and get it done.
2) I don't really do meetings in general, even Teams ones.
3) I’m really not invested in “improving processes", especially as I'm looking to dash out the door as soon as possible to become a train driver.

Like this is the worst bit about having merged into a larger group of schools, to me. What I liked about this job is that we didn't have strict processes, measurements, things like that. People came to me with problems, I fixed them. People were happy, I was (mostly) happy. I don't like having targets and things like that.
