Not being able to see the gear shifter could be a problem 🤔

@Steffi@toot.wales the clever hood has openings in the front for your hands to go through. I don't have one though and it seems like it would leak if you wanted to use it in the traditional over-the-handlebars way (caradice makes one, I've seen some motor-scooter-oriented ones with a headlight/speedometer window and longer front. Mine is from Center for Appropriate Transport, which sadly does not make them anymore.)
