@Ulisu@mastodon.art I do find your color usage does make it coherent even if the composition is a bit chaotic. oh, that photo glare. I hate that, but no idea how to not have it. it seems it's either we get glare, or not enough light == grainy image. 🥴

I saw this yesterday and afterwards I found myself thinking about it a lot. I think what's so captivating about it to me, is how the painting stays focused on the whole, not getting lost in details. I feel I really get a *sense* of that place, and how it's been shaped by time and life. Love it 💜️
