  @Bernard@friends.ravergram.club I have brought this up before, I know exactly why this is happening. A lot of these beaners refuse to give or just destroy their paperwork. They do this because they think that if they have no papers the US will have no choice but to let them stay. What actually happens is if you refuse to give ICE your papers and they know for a fact you're an illegal they gain discretion over your deportation proceedings. This usually means that they send you to the country with the lowest barrier to entry, in most cases that's some african shithole. I am willing to bet that the bitching beaners are leaving out the part where they refused to provide their papers and only claimed to be cuban AFTER being deported.
