Hard agree. Churches became a thing because people couldn't read. They're still around because people refuse to read. That said. There hasn't been a single decision in my life that I couldn't figure out by thinking "well what if it happened to me" If you need to be scared of mystical jealous ex to make moral decisions, you're in the wrong spot.
