Candid photography is the antithesis of that posed ducklip selfie shit everyone loves these days.
Real, genuine, fun expressions and actions vs a weakest facade just trying to sell one(‘s fake) self.
And only one is allowed anymore these days. And it’s not the good one. Sigh.

@colinstu@birdbutt.com totally agree. Prolly my fave pic of myself was taken by my roommate about 25 years ago back when I 1. Had a horse. 2. Had hair. It was just me candidly laughing while sitting on my girl. :) For the life of me I can't remember what was so funny. 😆 But its a great snapshot in time.
