Phone option: Automated messages about all sorts of tedious things not pertinent - probably about two mins worth Then "we're fearfully busy...10 mins wait" Is it too much to ask: Answer the phone? Just sell me the ticket?? No I do NOT want an enduring relationship. #Marketing #DataCollection #Yuck
