except that I don't use the Google Play Store. Murena has its own store, plus there's FDroid or whatever it's called
every app on my phone is privacy centric foss. no oligarchs are on my phone. nothing "leaks" from my phone (per the tracker that watches this on my phone)

@WorldTravelerAll7@mastodon.world @unfa@mastodon.social I am also an /e/OS user. Murena's own store, the App Lounge, is just a wrapper around the Play Store and F-Droid. So if an app gets removed by Google and isn't on F-Droid then we will lose it also. FOSS apps won't be directly effected because they're usually already on F-Droid, but if they no longer work on official Android devices, they will also see a significant drop in users, which for OSS means less contributors, fewer updates and abandoned projects.
