@alice I was recently on the exact same road and called out the sign to other people in the car. (My thought is that I probably didn't want to eat the discount kind, but people's mileage may vary.) My current favorite iteration of this idea is on another highway not far outside Portland where, about five miles away from anything else, is a very lonely-looking Dairy Queen. Almost as soon as cannabis became legal in Oregon, a weed shop appeared *immediately* next door. I expect they're doing fairly well these days.
