Sometimes life won't give you a choice. I broke my pinky... crouching down to change a diaper. Mallet finger. Weirdly easy to snap.

I herniated a cervical disc simply sitting up to get out of bed. As an athletic 17-year-old. Have had arthritis in the neck as a result since I was about 30. Way too many people here think injuries and health problems are always that person's fault.
