I get what you mean about capes being good for just falling rain. Here it does tend to be a bit breezy too, although I can usually choose more sheltered routes.

@Steffi@toot.wales @enobacon@urbanists.social I have a lightweight rain suit. The pants and jacket are loose so as to fit over your regular clothes. If you are going shopping, etc., it's great. If you are going to work, you need a place to hang it since it will be wet on the outside.
