@blogdiva@mastodon.social The cool thing is that Republicans generally have no real worldview at all, so once they start really thinking about US interests in a more realistic way, I expect it'll be the GOP that rushes to nationalize shit back. They have no actual worldview, remember, so a moment will come when a pivot to full-on Aristocratic Dirt Communism wrapped in nationalist blather will make the most sense. We will all get to enjoy the drawing and quartering of anything that smells like an oligarch, though. It'll be some apocalyptic scumbag like Mike Johnson who is in control at that point.
