@leeloo@chaosfem.tw @Vivaldi@social.vivaldi.net Vivaldi could be for me. I am commenting here because the web browser for me does not exist. Allow Manifest V2 extensions; use a different browser engine like Servo, LibWeb, or build your own; and if Vivaldi was truly customizable I could turn off tabs amongst other features.
