Her refusal to prosecute police brutality and killings committed by cops during that period is well-documented. Derek Chauvin was hired by MPD in 2001. As well as numerous complaints of brutality; he was involved in the killings of three people before he murdered George Floyd - including the 2006 October killing of Wayne Reyes of the Leech Lake Ojibwe. Klobuchar did not bring any charges for that either.
