browsing for a movie to yo ho and watch, making a big bowl of homemade popcorn, and laying on the couch with my kitties watching and munching. it always makes me feel so calm and relaxed.

Having a cup of tea with my partner, either just before the work day or after the kids are in bed in the evening. Just a couple of minutes to spend time together, sometimes in silence, often shooting the shit.
