It worked! 60MB! Still kinda big for just slides, a couple of simulation movies, and audio, but acceptably big.
And just to spite the university's bad choices with Zoom, I embedded it with a moodle video rather than using Zoom like I'm supposed to.

Has specific encoding options for voice/speech for low bitrate/filesize It does the best speech compression, its supported by all the modern web browsers ..
