@rl_dane@polymaths.social I have never had any cats, but I am starting to feel like a latent cat person. Various people close to me have cats now that are all very fond of me.

@axxuy@pony.social This is exactly how they get you. Cats find non-cat-people and become very lovy-dovey toward them. Once you're a cat person? IGNORED. 😂 (Basically, they like to be in charge of the interactions, not so much to be approached. For a cat to become comfortable being approached by a person can take a very long time. Or no time at all. They're all different! ;)
