I remember pre-monster hunter world, I used to ask my friends to play mh with me, with resounding no's all around. But when mhw came out, those people... started playing? with other people? I always interpreted this as 'they didn't want to play with you, but they did want to with other people', but im starting to get the feeling that a lot of people just play games because they're new/popular. and sometimes, both of those criteria are required im just musing. this isnt about anyone I know atm
