Yikes. Do you think people on the left don't value free speech?
The "freeze peach" shit is used mockingly when arguing against people who think the first amendment means they can say racist shit on private property with no consequence.
Context matters.

The first amendment does mean that, where consequences are specifically government fines or imprisonment. It doesn't protect you from being fired from your job later
