@justbob@kolektiva.social This is enough to force unhoused folks to (as intended) flee Utah, then other states do the same in a race to the bottom. At some point there will be no choice but to stand and fight. This is concentration camps, anyone submitting to this literally risks being murdered by the state just like last time. ICE has already killed at least 50 people in their own concentration camps. At some point, this could go full Warsaw Ghetto Uprising.
