Because Republicans almost universally lower taxes on the wealthy when they get in power and Democrats almost universally raise taxes when they get in power.

Republicans raise taxes more than Democrats but have the new tax policies start during the Biden admin. You’re just blatantly lying and need to be called out on spreading misinformation.
