Q4: I have also worked in education (hence the learning theme). How would you go about teaching your creative/maker skills to other interested people? A4: I spent from 2018 to July last year training new entrants to my department so have some experience in this! My view on it is that how *I* want to train is irrelevant, it’s how *they* want to learn that’s important. A trainer should adapt their style to suit the learner.
