A lady came in for coffee at my workplace yesterday, and for the second time complained that our coffee ”tastes like it’s been sitting there for hours, burned” and recommended we wash our pots. I had a coffee from that same pot later that afternoon, and to me it tasted like always, nicely strongly brewed. So my conclusion is that that lady drinks ridiculously weak coffee in general. Because years ago we got complaints for our coffee being so weak, so I started brewing it like I brew it at home; with an extra scoop of coffee grounds. No complaints (apart from that lady and one former student who wanted a worse brand instead 🤣).
