Regarding your defederation numbers: there is zero chance in hell that sh.itjust.works is more defederated than lemmy.ml or the tankie instances. sh.itjust.works is federated with basically the entire Fediverse. Meanwhile, lemmy.ml, lemmygrad, and hexbear are blacklisted by a massive chunk of large Lemmy and Mastodon instances because people are sick of tankie mods and atrocity denial.
